Wendy Musell is a founding partner of Law Offices of Wendy Musell PC. Ms. Musell is committed to representing employees in public and private employment and protecting their civil rights. Ms. Musell is a recognized leader in California representing employees and their interests.
She has dedicated her career to representing employees since 1999 in wage theft, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower actions. She has extensive experience representing employees in state and federal court. Ms. Musell was named as a Top 75 Labor and Employment Lawyer in California by the Daily Journal. She was named as a Top 100 Women Attorneys in California.
Ms. Musell served as a past President of the California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA). She is an Executive Board member of the Labor and Employment Section of the California Lawyers Association. Ms. Musell is also a member of the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation (ABF). Ms. Musell has also spoken on numerous occasions regarding employment discrimination, federal employees, disability rights and other employment - related topics and received multiple awards for her representation on behalf of workers.
