Included in this process is the identification of hidden, and sometimes not-so-hidden, biases that impact company performance. He takes an introspective, self-reflective approach to move organizations from bias to belonging® and coach organizational leaders to reduce mental mistakes, strengthen employee relationships, and increase productivity. Matthew has demonstrated success with large clients like LinkedIn, Salesforce and dozens of small to mid-size companies looking to mitigate how the wide range of cognitive, social and institutional biases are impacting their bottom line.
